New in 2007, all drivers must now sign a waiver of liability provided to us by our insurance company. I will always have the waiver available at every pull for anyone 18 yrs or older. However, there is a special waiver that must be signed and filled for each pull for anyone 17 yrs or younger. This waiver can be found at www.alliedspecialty.com/racing. This is not optional and needs to be done for every pull. If we do not comply, we could lose our insurance coverage.
All drivers must wear a correctly fitting D.O.T. approved helmet while on the track. Helmet must be fastened when pulling and remain on head until tractor has stopped. Anyone using any type of fuel other than gas or diesel must wear a full body fire suit with gloves, undergarments, and eye protection recommended. Fire suit is to have a minimum S.F.I. rating of 3-2A/1. Nitrous is NOT allowed in any class. Long pants are mandatory and long sleeves are recommended for all Mod-Stock, Outlaw and Hobby stock drivers. All drivers in all classes must wear an enclosed shoe. NO sandals or open toe or heel. No driver will be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages or use drugs before they pull or are done loading their tractor. If driver is considered under the influence, that driver will be banned for one year from the date of infraction. No points will be given to the tractor that day. No unsportsmanlike conduct, use of profanity or disorderly conduct will be tolerated. Offender will be asked to remove themselves from the pulling grounds immediately. No points will be given to the tractor that day. Disciplinary action will be left to the discretion of the Directors. Drivers must remain seated at all times. If you leave your seat you will be measured at that point. Officials (persons) discretion. Any tractor running over 4000 RPM must have a steel or aluminum flywheel. Any coaching down the track, must be done from the side of the tractor at all times. If coach wants to be ahead of the tractor, they must be outside the white line.
